CM-ECF

CM/ECF is a new case management system being implemented in the Federal Judiciary for all bankruptcy, district and appellate courts. CM/ECF allows courts to accept filings and provide access to filed documents over the Internet.


Effective August 10, 2009, our Court will upgrade CM/ECF to include the following functionality:
A message will be displayed when an attorney logs in to CM/ECF. The attorney will be required to acknowledge the reminder by checking a box on the last line of the reminder. The message also provides links to the Federal Rules regarding the redaction.


PRIVACY RULES and REDACTION POLICY: Civil Rule 5.2 and Criminal Rule 49.1 require that personal identification information must be partially redacted from documents filed with the court. Click here for more information on the rules. In connection with the Federal Privacy Rules, please read our Court's Privacy Policy carefully. It is the sole responsibility of counsel and the parties to comply with the rules of this court requiring redaction of personal data identifiers.
