Local Rules:
- Joint Local Rules Amendments effective May 28, 2009 include:
- Amendments to LR 5.4, LR 5.5, LCrR 49.3 and LCrR 49.4 mandates electronic filing and service.
- Amendment to LR 3.1 and LCrR 18.1 changes the Jury Divisions to Northern, Central and Southern.
- Amendment to LR 7.1 and LCrR 12.1, Time For Filing Memoranda includes the language, "Failure to timely respond to a motion may be grounds for granting the motion."
- Amendment to LR 83.6 and LCrR 57.6, the word "Substitution" is inserted with a new subsection, which allows substitution when both attorneys are in the same partnership or other legal professional association and a notice states substitution is made with the consent of the client.
- LR 7.1 (h) and LCrR 12.1(i) - The reference to Westlaw is removed.
