Jurors are paid a $50.00 attendance fee for each day of active jury service. An additional mileage fee of $0.56 per mile for automobiles and $0.54 per mile for motorcycles to and from Court is also paid for these days. Jurors are asked to please note the mileage to Court when appearing for service. Payment checks for attendance and mileage are mailed bi-weekly. If attendance fees are in excess of $599.99 for the year, jurors will receive a FORM 1099 in January for income tax purposes.
